About us

Woman of Faith Magazine is a global online Christian publication designed for today’s modern women.

Our Inspirational Media Platform was founded on the premise of reaching out to women across border & boundry with the aim of unlocking their unexplored potential. What better way to do this than to establish a magazine which all women can relate to!

We share stories of faith and hope, simultaneously equipping women with the tools needed to break loose from all levied limitation. This magazine isn’t founded by a massive publishing house with impressive credentials and accolades, but it is founded by Women that has experienced brokenness, tasted death, and overcome every challenge that life mapped out for them!

Woman of Faith Magazine provides a platform to help all women from every walk of life know that there is a God and HE is alive.
As you read and learn about women & their battles all over the world, you will soon realize that the common thread in all their stories is the Goodness & Glory of God in their situations.

Our Journey

Liz Naidoo, the Editor and founder received her inspiration for this publication at a time when she was going through her own journey of pain.

Whilst leafing through a popular South African Women’s magazine in 2005, and noting how unsuitable the content was for a woman like herself who was going through a time of despair and hopelessness, and so needed help!

“I suddenly thought: wouldn’t it be reassuring if we could have a magazine that women going through life’s challenges could relate to and find some comfort in.”

It was not until ten years later in 2015, that Woman of Faith Magazine was launched. Having no first-hand knowledge or information about magazine publication, Liz set about this daunting task solely with help from a few people who have come and gone.

Woman of Faith Magazine was launched on the 1st August 2015, in Durban, South Africa. Headed by Liz and Assistant Editor, Heidi Gibson, the humble, early stages of this publication began.

“I initially tried to sell our printed magazines at a cost to churches in Durban but the reach was expanding nationally. A year later we were retailing in a popular food chain, nationally and across our neighbouring boarders.

In 2016 we reached three more retailers but not reaching the markets, due to financial constraints; meeting print costs were laborious.

I gave it a break in 2019 and did not print but went back to my secular work in accounting, but my heart was still yearning for what God had given me, I knew that God had a plan.”

It was not until lockdown in April 2020, due to the Corona Virus that Liz was advised by her youngest son, Jared Emmanuel, to go digital. What an awesome venture this has become for Women of Faith Magazine. This free monthly digital platform is reaching Christian women globally and expanding its boarders!

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans for a hope and a future.”

Note from the Editor

We live in a world of great challenges, a world that desperately need to hear the Truth; that God CARES. Recently and more so, since the pandemic, focus has been changed for many, either away from God or to God! That is why Woman of Faith Magazine has shifted from a paid subscription to a free Global Online Magazine to reach out to ALL women who need to Hear that God Loves them, that His mercy and grace is available to everyone who accepts Him as God through His Son Jesus Christ.

Our Magazine provides content which is freely accessible; our content feeds and nourishes the soul of our readers.

Jesus said; “It is written: Man shall not live by bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”  (niv. Matthew 4:4)

We give you content that transforms, inspires and teaches our readers Biblical truths and everyday living as Christians. If you would like to be a part of our writing team or become a sponsor.
